It is a fundamental policy of «TOTTIS PACK SA" to establish and maintain high standards of quality in operations, so as to be able to respond effectively to the needs and expectations of its customers. The company is therefore committed and always aims to produce products that:

• Conform to standards, regulations, contracts relating to quality, safety and legitimacy.
• Reliably throughout their lifespan and suitable for the purpose intended.

The administration of «TOTTIS PACK SA 'processes by applying quality management standard EN ISO 9001:2008 oriented continuous effort to improve the quality of products and services offered and the level of functioning in order to be competitive and market leader.

Efforts to improve the quality pass through:

• The diffusion of the quality policy at all levels of the company and the review of  the adequacy of the senior management whenever there are significant changes.
• The firm commiment of the company to use the modern technology and the continuous modernization of equipment used and the means of production.
• Continuous education – development of executives and employees in new methods and techniques and organization of production and management quality.
• Establishing a mechanism for collecting and reviewing legislation relating to the company and affect its production process.

 
So through these processes the actions of company staff have continually improve the effectiveness of the quality management system and shall be made daily and conscious practice.
