Production Preparation Department

The nature of the Just in Time and Make to Order process is considered the most difficult to the industry generally  .It demands  absolute coordination of individual parts with the ultimate aim of avoiding the slightest delay.
Because the production of an order would require not only the preparation of raw materials to prepare several auxiliary materials, parts and accessories (adhesives, inks, klisse, forms), the production preparation department is entrusted with the mission to have everything at the right time and the correct amount ready to achieve proper and promptly order’s production .The  complete coordination with the Planning and Logistics dpt and the coordination of external partners of the company (manufacturer klisse ,forms) is a key success factor in the operation.
