Tottis Pack is structured with the philosophy of make to order production process for just in time delivery of our products.This  led to the necessity of the construction of this section, which is the continuation of the company's Customer Care dpt.
All orders are processed here, the most important criterion for customer satisfaction with respect to the delivery date. A combination of electronics applications and the significant experience of personnel involved ensure balance between speed order execution, reduced wastage in production, competence inventories of raw materials, optimization to use the means of production and manpower, proper use of transport and very careful management of information that our customers have timely information that they ask.
Together with the Department of Customer care and Sales Department and in full coordination between them ,offer what we call TOTAL CUSTOMER SERVICE to our customers. Customer with a phone call  can get any information in time and validly.
