Production of Cardboard Boxes-Trays

        In the second production phase, the machines that convert the cardboard into a carton box or carton tray are designed in such a way as to cover all possible markets.

        In 2020, the Tottis Pack SA company invested in a new state-of-the-art processing machine, the 245QS ULTIMA of the Swedish company EMBA MACHINERY, with the ability to print 6-color paper on coated cardboard with an excellent glossy  effect and an image as accurate as on cartons which make our products unbeatable in the packaging market. Three groups of machines from the Curioni company and one from the EMBA 160 company, supported by automatic handling systems and robotic packaging systems complete the current capacity of Tottis Pack. All of the above machines have the capacity to produce almost 120,000,000 boxes  of the majority of the types of cartons that exists in the market.

        In the coming years, Tottis Pack has planned new investments for new latest technology converting  machines and investments in research and packaging development. The processing line has also been designed with an open philosophy and there is the possibility of adding a new line without any problems at any time. It is no coincidence that the original design envisaged the creation of basic infrastructure so that they could not support twice the initial production capacity.
